MissionNext offers a pathway for people to enter the missions enterprise with its wide array of choices. Our commitment is to bring people to the front door of sending organizations. Organizations must do all the rest before the Lord to attract laborers for His harvest with their vision.

VISION OF MISSIONNEXT - FOCUS ON A GENERATION

To see a bold increase in cross-cultural mission workers among those 23 - 40 years old (Gen X) in North America in a customer centric mobilization initiative that includes components of:

Matching self-discovery with opportunities and options for service (via the web, in conferences or in other relationships established);
Serving Jesus and others, (as opposed to organizations);
Meeting them at the their point of perceived need for ...

o Flexibility
o Relationship
o Mentoring
o Sense of community

... at their current level of willingness to make a commitment.

PURPOSE OF MISSIONNEXT

MissionNext is a ministry of the Finishers Project. A purpose is to provide information and challenge for people to enter missions after a time in another career. The focus is on the GenX generation in North America. It is recognized, of course, that there are no limits to who can be involved in the Great Commission to go and disciple the nations.
